All digital products sold on empsucks.com, including downloadable songs, albums, and other digital content, are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital sales are final.

If you experience:

Download issues
Corrupted or incorrect files

Please contact us at support@empsucks.com, and we will promptly assist by re-sending or correcting the file.

Print-On-Demand Merchandise

All physical merchandise is produced on demand and fulfilled through our third-party partner Printify.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

We will replace or refund items that arrive:

Damaged
Defective
Misprinted

To request a replacement or refund, contact support@empsucks.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the issue

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.

Once an order has entered production or a digital download has been delivered, it cannot be cancelled.
